This past Sunday, Zack and I had the pleasure of photographing Emily and Charles’ literature-themed wedding at Trapezium Brewery in Petersburg, VA! It was a day filled with love, laughter, and a touch of adventure everywhere you looked (because there were books everywhere!). The wedding’s literature theme was beautifully woven throughout the day. Books were everywhere, adding such a whimsical and unique touch! Even their arch was a creative stack of books, perfectly reflecting their love for literature, and their invitations were designed to look like library books, complete with a check-out card in the front, setting the tone for the entire celebration. Plus, Emily had one of the coolest and most unique bouquets I have ever seen! She had flowers that were alive, however she had handmade flowers made out of book pages, like, how cool is that??

During the outdoor ceremony, there had been crackling thunder that literally shook everything around us. Would the ceremony beat the rain? Only way is to find out on the blog!
